Mr. Schaar has spent his entire professional career in the real estate and receivership industries. He was with Shell Oil Company for over 10 years where his responsibilities included the aquisition of land for Shell's exploration and production departments throughout the United States.

After leaving Shell, Mr. Schaar entered the savings and loan industry. During his 10 years in the industry, he headed a Loan Production Division and was responsible for millions of dollars in builder commitments. Mr. Schaar also headed a Real Estate Department which included the management of property acquired through foreclosure.

Mr. Schaar is President and Owner of Ostaar Real Estate Services, Inc. Ostaar was established in 1977 to manage income properties exclusively for financial institutions and insurance companies. 

Mr. Schaar is an approved court appointed Receiver through the Superior Court of the State of California. He is widely recommended as a Receiver on properties for several major financial institutions and is considered a specialist in the Southern California area. Mr. Schaar is also recommended by attorneys to act as a Receiver for small to mid-size businesses.

Mr. Schaar is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Business. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and has taken advanced courses in marketing, advertising and real estate.
